Refund policy
We expect that all products will reach you in perfect condition. If for some reason this is not the case please contact us via email hello@ohgoodness.nz. If the product is unusable in the condition it reaches you in, we will provide a replacement. If there is an error on our side we will take steps to correct the mistake.
If you experience any skin irritation as a result of using Oh'G products please stop using it and provide details at hello@ohgoodness.nz. We will either provide a suitable alternative, a refund or store credit depending on the circumstances.
Please note we cannot provide a refund or exchange for change of mind purchases. If for some reason we agree to refund you for a non faulty product before it is sent to you, you may be charged a small fee which covers the non-refundable Shopify fee at our end. If the item has already been shipped we are unable to provide a refund unless we have made a mistake or the item is faulty or damaged in transit.
Please note we cannot refund money for a product purchased at a stockist's store.
